When I started in the STR industry I used exclusively nest thermostats and could never get them to lock temps when in dual temperature heat/cool mode.  

We were not getting a ton of leads and I quickly realized the PM just posts on Zillow and waits so I started hustling on FB market place and commenting on other people's post in the local Facebook groups.Lot of junk applications but did start to grab quality tenants.

It was a dream purchase for me and my wife, but after joining Bigger Pockets and all the great folks on here helped my move into the STR game.We ended up with a standard 2nd home mortgage that was almost immediately transferred so we just started listing it on VRBO and AirBNB.

This is not a lender for the family this is a lender for the one who needs help getting started as flipper .They are very helpful .

Hi,I have been investing in Securities for a while, but I would like to start building a portfolio of Real Estate Positive Cash Flowing Properties in Ontario (Hamilton, Barrie, Oshawa, or Toronto).

I'm open to suggestions on this one.I've started "virtually walking" the street of a property I'm interested in with Google Maps.
