You want to select criteria that will give the highest probability of generating motivated sellers for properties that you wish to buy...think about what would motivate you to offload your property at a deep discount. 

I have paid out $200 all the way to deep in the 5 figures. 

But, at the same time, they are doing the grunt work of digging up properties.You have to figure out a better way of sourcing potential properties so you can get them at deep enough discount to making flipping worth it.Driving for dollars while doing your day to day work is one way.

Brad teaches about multi-family for two days at his "R2R" events, and syndication is a big part of it, but he does not do a deep dive into the subject.

I'm super excited to start diving deep into RE world here on BiggerPockets.
