What is a considered a good Bird Dogging Fee?

I recently spotted a potential good deal on a distressed property in my area. It's not listed on any of the public site for sale.  I don't have the house under contract ...What would be considered a good fee for bird-dogging in Maryland?

It depends on the amount of information you provide.  If it is just address it could be a couple hundred and if you have talked with seller and have information about the motivation and can provide contact it would be several hundred.  I have one in your area that sent me four leads yesterday.  Contact me if interested in working together.
