Deep Time For Pulling Equity
Hello everyone, my name is Dustin!
I would like to thank everyone in advance for their help on this.
My wife and I recently purchased a rental home in Tennessee, we have approximately $100k equity in the property. We would like to pull equity from the property, however a few banks are telling us that we have to wait 6 months until we can pull equity.
Does anyone know a way around this?
Best Wishes,
Dustin
