@Brandon Wolf you should find a meet up to attend locally so you can meet investors face to face and understand what's going on in the markets you are looking to invest in.

If it did happen, they'd probably face the dumpster the wrong way and it won't get picked up.

I have a couple I am considering and I have a couple lenders lined up.The issue I'm facing right now is that, while I have the majority of the funding, and even access to some/most of the down payment, seemingly ready to roll, I still need more for down payments and fees and all.Anyone have any options they could provide for closing this last gap I'm facing?
