n00b trying to get first property...SO CLOSE!!

Good morning!

I am looking for my first property.  I have a couple I am considering and I have a couple lenders lined up.

The issue I'm facing right now is that, while I have the majority of the funding, and even access to some/most of the down payment, seemingly ready to roll, I still need more for down payments and fees and all.

Anyone have any options they could provide for closing this last gap I'm facing?

I'm ~$80K short for the property I really like, less for a couple others I'm looking at.

Thank you!!
