I must say that was quite inspirational.

I’ve learned a good amount and built up some inspiration from the readings and podcasts but wanted to ask fellow peers for some additional advice for someone who is brand new to the real estate industry?

It's inspiring to see someone like yourself never give up and keep the dream alive!

I've read about 7 books, of which many are featured on the BP podcast (that I listen to constantly), and I peruse the BP site quite often as if I'm returning to an immersive, engaging, and lushly detailed series of inspirational stories, which IMO describes this site pretty well.You may or may not see me commenting on seemingly random topics, as I'm sure we all do, but please feel free to reach out to me.

When you do you inspire others to do the same, and so it's a win-win for everyone. 

Slowly I started reading about books and blog posts on Real Estate investing and got inspired to learn about this business in details.

After having interviewed tons of "house flippers," I became inspired by all the stories I've heard and that's what sparked my passion to pursue this for myself.
