@Anthony Wick When I first started using facebook marketplace to post ads for rooms that were available  people would go as far as confirming they'll show up hours before a showing and never show up. 

It seems like there is a ton of demand on facebook marketplace and zillow for affordable rentals. 

I've had friends sell their houses on craigslist and Facebook in days without issue, but keep in mind that many fsbo listing's don't get sold because the owner is unrealistic, doesn't end up on the mls to get the exposure, or buyers are steered away by the "professional" they are trusting in who is looking out only for their next winning lotto ticket. 

Also think of other ways you can drive traffic to your site - Facebook and Craigslist are two platforms where you can quickly get the word out and drive traffic to your site (the quality of this traffic may vary).  

In the Kansas City Metro you might check with Julie Anderson Clark (she's on facebook, but we can't post her website) here company does contracts, foreclosures and is probably the biggest eviction firm in the metro. 

From what I have read on local news sites and on comments on the city's Facebook page.... it has to do with organic matter coming from Lake Adrian. 

I looked on Facebook for the ATX group & did not find one.

You can also check their reviews online at Google, Facebook, or Yelp.

So what I'm looking for:- An app that can also be accessed through my computer (either via an app or online)- Can manage contacts easily and add a lot of info (and why not documents too)- Can create groups- Will synchronize with my address book on my iphone (or any similar app) and other sources (linkedin, facebook, etc)What I don't need is a software for team work or team management, lead management etc..
