People simply can’t help themselves. They contact me for my empty duplex. I tell them the qualifications before a showing (yes, they are in the ad as well), and they say; “ummm...I’ll get back to you on when I want to see it”. Just state thanks, but no thanks. We both know you’re never contacting me back. Well, at least we didn’t go through the trouble of actually showing you the place.
