Water, water everywhere....
Hello again,
My question this time is- if water quality should be an issue when investing in property? The reason I'm asking is that I have read that in Adrian, MI they have a problem with the water. I know that in many rural areas there are wells. Personally, I have no problem with this, since I once lived on a farm where we drank well water.. till the city connected the villages with the water supply. Would future tenants have a problem with that?
