Best free simple contact manager

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a free contact manager app to manage all my RE contacts (Agents, general contractors, lawyers, property managers, etc) in an efficient manner. I don't like the default app in IOS or Android (not enough functionalities) but other pure CRMs are either way too much (I don't need to handle a business activity, just organize my contacts efficiently). So what I'm looking for:

- An app that can also be accessed through my computer (either via an app or online)

- Can manage contacts easily and add a lot of info (and why not documents too)

- Can create groups

- Will synchronize with my address book on my iphone (or any similar app) and other sources (linkedin, facebook, etc)

What I don't need is a software for team work or team management, lead management etc.. (they usually require a paid membership anyway)

If you have any idea, it will be much appreciated !

Thanks
