My advice don't volunteer anything and when asked don't lie about anything.

Hobbies include playing golf poorly, spending time with family, my faith, and volunteer work with the mentally disabled.Looking forward to becoming part of the forum!

We are right next to San Jose, California in the San Francisco Bay Area.I am also a real estate attorney and decided to start my own real estate firm after having put together many deals for clients.I am an active community volunteer as well.I look forward to learning more from all of you.

I would like to know if there are investors out there that have either SO MANY DEALS, PROPERTIES or other CASH FLOW real estate GENERATORS going on that you just can't keep up without some trusted & reliable volunteer assistance!

I am in the process of volunteering at habitat for humanity in the construction area to gain experience in DIY project so that I can renovate some parts of my rentals thereby reducing my over all cost of ownership.I am looking for knowledge and networking here.

What are some things I can mentioned so they will give me an opportunity to volunteer and help out?

I do most of my own labor and am very familiar with managing tenants, subcontracting out work, and keeping up property.The current management of my condo dev was being done solely by volunteers (I don't think they had any specialized licenses).
