I know it's Friday and everybody except me is probably out having fun and getting prepared for more fun this weekend. LOL! I would like to know if there are investors out there that have either SO MANY DEALS, PROPERTIES or other CASH FLOW real estate GENERATORS going on that you just can't keep up without some trusted & reliable volunteer assistance! Or, perhaps you are not as busy but would value the volunteer help.  I am forever learning and would love to volunteer to gain experience wholesaling (selling "as is"), buy & hold or fix and flip. If so, keep in mind that I am a hardworking, quick learner with stellar business ethics and I'm very efficient & resourceful.
