Later, I found I had to remove the laminate in entire apartments because the dog urine goes through the laminate and stinks.Maybe, I will try a thick rubber-type later.

She was nothing but drama, often had problems (also from like 4 other people living in the 1bd, 1bth apt), had 2 bricks thrown at windows and broke them, but I think the best was when they showed us a youtube video is someone urinating on our/her front porch.

I always say the animal must be potty trained or walked outside in a very specific area and waste material immediately  cleaned up, if the grass is discolored due to urine, they are to reseed within 24 hours of the discoloration.
