The lack of web/mobile has been bugging me since I have to be at my PC or Remote into it to do updates.I also use Tellus which is free but the lack of web (it is iOS/Android only) bugs me too, as it makes document management a pain and hurts with older folks that may not be on a device to download there app (which means no request/billing communication).

With COVID I can understand why you wouldn't want a bunch of people walking through the unit but your current approach isn't getting any traction. 

Just curious, it takes a while to gain traction and momentum in this business on the residential side, but results do come quickly.

Today I am gaining more traction, and my first deal under contract so happens to be a house hack deal!

This just goes along with all the horrible times I have had trying to get into Real Estate Investing and learning the business has not been fun and no traction at all!

Minut multi sensor (but mainly for sound levels for us), zwave everything (door contacts, yale locks, thermostats, water leak sensors, temp/humidity sensors, garage door controllers, garage door tilt sensors (to see if the door is open/closed), security cameras covering all exterior entrances plus the driveway, zwave lights switches to remote control lights on exterior security floods and/or certain lights inside the property, some type of doorbell cam, zwave motion sensors, Samsung Smartthings hub, wifi smart plugs for certain devices inside...and the list goes on. 

Tile is fine in a bathroom; use small tiles as they're less likely to break and provide better traction (more grout lines).

There are 17 overcurrent devices in the panel.

I'm going to add the new Nest thermostat devices as I retrofit one of my buildings for central HVAC.

That seems to get more traction than another piece of paper.
