Rehab materials for flips and rentals

So I am about to close on my first BRRRR in over a decade. My last rehab on a rental property was a little over two years ago. My properties are in Southeast Florida. What kind of flooring are most people going with nowadays? I've always put ceramic tile in my units but I was thinking about installing vinyl planks with the wood grain in this new project. A friend and kind of mentor told me that that scratches easily and to stick with the ceramic tile. However my brother who just recently bought a house put it in his place and he loves it and it looks beautiful. What are the most flippers and landlords using in their rehab projects?
