When you are setting up your STR to be able to self manage from afar, what kinds of WiFi tools to you like to use? Thinking of things like keypad door entry, thermostats, fire detectors, water leak alarms... which WiFi tools are must-have for you? Reliable brands? Just getting started in STR and learning the ropes.
