That said I won't go out of my way to F them over either, but I would be ecstatic if the absolutely useless Ohio Division of Real Estate busting them for deceptive unlicensed practices, or if the FCC started busting them for their completely illegal robocalls and SMS spam. 

Also if you are  working with an agent tell them about the 1% rule so they dont spam you with junk that will never work on the numbers. - Mike

Could be they are emailing you properties every day that are going to spam....or maybe they need to adjust your criteria for your searches or maybe something else.Also could be time to change agents, but if you have a good relationship, I'd call and talk to them.

I get spammed enough as it is.

Any phishing scams should be reported by forwarding the e-mail to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov and they will take action.

Uwe, I've seen that as well, I believe if you post things that break the rules, spam or whatever, you are penalized so you can see influence points below 50.
