Hi everyone!  My family runs a 25-30 million dollar (depending on valuations) portfolio of multi-family units in the bay area, CA.

1. Do you think it is possible to invest /develop/ compound this portfolio to the top i.e hundreds of millions/dare i say billion - I am 30 years old so have a considerable time horizon to compound returns ahead of me

2. What would you do if you were in my shoes?

I hope this doesn't come across as pretentious or conversely as spam! Grateful for any advice. Feel free to pm me.

Thank you!
