There are so many poor ADU's that are built legally and unpermitted that look nothing like the main dwelling, smell like cat piss and are an eye sore for the property. 

Every "guru" I have ever seen is a textbook example of NPD"Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a Cluster B personality disorder[1] in which a person is excessively preoccupied with personal adequacy, power, prestige and vanity, mentally unable to see the destructive damage they are causing to themselves and to others in the process.

So relying on ad-words or PPC, is it a good move to do something like this?  

I noticed you mentioned tithing… I realized that is a sore topic among many people, but I feel that it has blessed my life and family.

I suppose it's possible that is because I did only custom homes but I can see vinyl a mile away and it always stands out like a sore thumb.

As a flip in my opinion unless it matched it would stick out like a sore thumb and be a red flag to a prospective buyer. 

And the seller was sorely disappointed with the appraisal and largely-reduced sale price, as they thought the place would be valued more highly.

For single-family homes, I really don't care as long as it's parked in a designated parking space and not an eye-sore for the neighbors.

The near-downtown areas have their share of these neighborhoods which are currently eye sores yet "up and coming". 

The down side is they are an eye sore, and less appealing when it comes time to resale.
