As time goes on consumer sentiment will come back around when folks realize there are not going to be any sub 3% owner occ rates and sub 4.5% investor rates .. thats my take on it.

Their back is not against a wall.The only time I've seen a slightly motivated probate is when it is in foreclosure and an heir is living in the property or may want to keep it for sentimental or other reasons adn they don't want to lose the property to the bank.

If you're one of those people who puts Constitutional freedom first, you probably think Bush messed up this country more than any other President in history.Which is why there is so much disagreement about the legacy of Bush and the importance of being able to say he prevented future attacks.2) His strong foreign policy alienated much of the world, and created negative sentiment that will likely create future terrorist threat against our country.

One problem with commodities is that they are a bit of a gamble because the price is based purely on demand and supply and demand often changes suddenly as investor sentiment changes.The stock of a good company with good financials and good growth prospects is much easier to value because it is based on the cash flows that the company will generate.
