I'm a Realtor based in Jamaica (what is fast becoming the best performing market in the Caribbean) and I'm just happy to see what we can learn and share with each other.

Hi there. Welcome! I love Jamaica but it has a problem with the bauxite mining company who strips the people of their land. When this is done then the and has no use ever again. I will invest in Jamaica real estate only when those horrible people are no longer in the country.
