The robot realtors that conform to what they "suppose" to look like/ drive/ wear are not always on there game.

With that, they do not like change and if you request one, you'll be either told no or given a form that has to be witnessed and notarized to death before submittance. 

Cut sheet is an overkill if it comes to residential, i'd never do a submittal on all materials until clients pay for it.

the disruption Is in sales and marketing techniques .. not in replacing agents with robots.

They want the mortgage broker to be the initial point of contact with a potential borrower, screen the deal to see if it fits within what the insurance company is looking for, and put borrowers financials and the property into a nice package submittal form.They want the borrower and property screened well in advance.

So while I do think real estate agents will wane in significance, they will still be around... that is until the robots take over everything, of course.

For me a 0.1% success rate (and mind you I am a former NASA robotics scientist and engineer) absolutely is laughable!
