If it helps, with my own situation, I just called the utility co. because I was concerned that the electric issue would recur with the next tenants.

I'm currently using Office 2007 and thinking of upgrading.Office 365 looks good cause it is always up-to-date and is allowed on up to 5 computers, but it is a recurring cost.Office 2013 looks good cause it is a one time cost, but will eventually become outdated and is allowed on only one computer.I figure this is a REI relevant question cause I'm sure almost everybody here uses Word, Excel and possibly Outlook.

While this company only manages properties they rehabbed themselves, and as such is already familiar, I’m less included to question this one than the recurring fees, which will add up to far more money over time…the whole “pick your battles” thing.NSF: 100%.

Worth pointing out the prior tenant was kicked out at the end of contract for recurring late and missed payments so the unit was left in bad shape.
