The GC/architect can also enlighten you as to time-frames for approval and permitting through the city (we have had several month-long delays in Indy due to folks working from home) because you'll need to factor in your holding costs.If you don't already have team set-up prior to purchase - I would hold off until you have that put together or until you have more experience yourself.

I'm starting to learn of more ways to structure land contracts and I'm hoping you can enlighten me on one angle:I was recently made aware of a contract structure in which the buyer can eventually get bank loans or lines of credit against the property.
