Whole Selling Real Estate

Hey Guys!

I was hoping to get some more info on real estate whole selling? I am interested in starting but have no idea where to start. Are there any whole sellers in Massachusetts that can enlighten me on this? Even if it's a spark notes version of the best ways to get started, or if its even worth getting into! I'd love to get all the information possible before I sit down and make a decision.

I was also hoping I can find a mentor, I feel as though I am lacking some guidance when it comes to my dream career of being a real estate professional. I'm trying to get all the help I can possibly get. I'm open to virtual mentors as well, given the fact that we're still in a pandemic.

If anyone can provide me with any kind of insight or enlighten me I'd greatly appreciate it!
