Hi we are selling our house and closing is tomorrow but I got the final paperwork and I thought we would walk away with more than just 2k. I saw some numbers that didnt make sense to me but I am a novice so I hope some of you can look at this and enlighten me. I am paying the realtors commissions of $4140 each but there is a third charge that's only labeled as "closing costs". Is this normal or is someone trying to pocket a bit extra at my expense?
