Advice for a 16 y/o Aspiring Real Estate Investor

Hello,

I am almost 16 years old and I am looking into getting into real estate as early as possible. I have been reading up on forums, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and other books on how real estate investing works, but I still haven't been able to find any good information on what I can do as a 16 year old to get started and build connections with people in the profession. HOW do I go about finding a mentor? How can I find people to shadow? How do I find investors that would be willing to help be when I turn 18? I would like real estate to be my profession, and I know I can't actually purchase property yet. Some broad tips on what I can do to launch my career and hit the ground running when I turn 18 would be very much appreciated.
