I'm not sure if I'm mailing them too early or if my messaging isn't working but I'll continue to tweak and modify my efforts there.In addition, I hired a lady off of oDesk to do my SEO work for my webpage.

Obviously wholesalers are welcome but we'd also like to connect with attorneys and investor friendly agents as well.I'm very well versed in web design and SEO, so I'd be happy to offer up any advice on that topic to anyone interested. 

I will conduct a quarterly review in April and add SEO and a website.

I have been on Fiverr today consider buying a gig for SEO.

They provide great material in how to help your page make its way up the search engines with regards to SEO.

LOLYou need a website with IDX, you need to blog, you need to constantly work on SEO, you need to post ads on the top sites.Do not spend any money until you research with other agents if the product works or is worth it.

There are really numerous ways to generate traffic to your site, both paid and free.The most fundamental traffic sources that everyone at least seems to have head of is SEO and PPC.

These sites do very little though to help promote me personally.I decided that most individuals initially  use Zillow, Trulia, Redfin. etc to search for property information, so those sites will always be first for SEO but if I can try to be brand specific for my area on having good RE information & content, hopefully they will start to come to my site for my blog, etc and then I can capture them.  

(i.e. a good website with SEO).
