Some people just aren't comfortable with any type of confrontation (they will say they are interested when they are not, etc).I email them the application when they are at the unit, and they fill it out later.

@Byron Bohlsen, I understand and I wasn't trying to be confrontational or presumptuous  at all.

I am a nice guy too and hate confrontation.

From my experience people that are squatting don't really want confrontation.  

When I confronted him, he says it was an accident because he got my name mixed up with someone else.

When confronted about it he lied to me about it and said it was his brother.

I have never been the type to shy away from confrontation, plus I think that by removing one tenant in particular, can solve a lot of problems.

But, after confronting my grandpa about it, my grandma is too scared to bring it up again so that's why I feel as if this is all on me to fix.All of this is happening weeks before I am preparing to take a PM class for SC.

I'm newer to this(so I'd first consult with an attorney before confronting him) but I thought PoA gave someone the right to sign your name, not make executive decisions without your consent.
