From my perspective, it seems like stretching the budget is almost a necessity to afford a property big enough to house hack in Denver—even with a good job.Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences!

From my own experience, appreciation and rent growth in Vegas have been steady, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

I learned everything I know by hands on experience with active investors also. showing up at local real estate meetings and finding the people who are actually doing real investing, not blowing smoke up your.... and saying they are investors.
