One very subtle concept that is easy to struggle with is the cap rate.

The other thing is see is people using light pastel colors like tan or green or blue in paint with a bright white border trim .

Subtle discrimination also complicates their search.In June, there were about 1,800 rental homes in Clark County, which includes North Las Vegas.

Additionally, I used pastel envelope (now a standard) and kept my veribage short and sweet. 

The difference is subtle in that one is load amps (for the wire gauge) and the other is capacity (the size of the breaker) x 80% rule.

That's a simple example but things get more subtle.

People with money are constantly being approached so it's a good idea to be subtle and friendly unless you have an actual deal that you are shopping around to find a partner for.

We often tell people "It's a 2 way street, and we want to make sure you're happy"  which sounds really nice, but it's a subtle way of telling them  we aren't doing anything else, this is as-is, take it or leave it.
