Seriously, I would like to know.LOL, that's cute, yes it may cost that 100K for some to open the doors, but not me, I already checked, just for grins, it would cost me about as much to go back and renew my RE Brokers license!

The good news is you will get your rent under this program, 99% of it anyway, when the disputes are resolved; the bad news is that cash flow sucks in the meantime.I suggest grin and bear the seeming unfairness and commit to working the process sincerely and promptly, and consider it a better, less expensive alternative compared to getting attorneys involved.

Thank you for your input.As an update, the client had her vehicle checked over by the Mercedes dealership (at no charge) and it appears the vehicle suffered no damage.At this point, I think she just wants to forget about it and add it to her list of good stories to share with others at a party (grin).
