I'm new to Fayetteville Nc and i'm in need of some help to get started. I had a one page contract I used in Tx but I'm not sure if it will work here. I was also looking for a investor friendly title company but the title company told me that NC is a attorney state. Please help!

There are a lot of states that use closing attorneys rather than title companies.  Check out the NC Real Estate Commission.  They have forms on line.  You should be able to get a really good feel for the differences between NC and Texas by comparing the promulgated forms, so compare the NC form to the TREC 1to4.
