This isn't 2011-2013 days but many people are stuck in that time period STILL.As I finish my licensing study, I'm very grateful I chose this route as opposed to being a one trick pony.Wholesalers did themselves in by their method of operating.

I say "may" because while I have read about this in several places, I have not personally verified this to be true.I usually pay contractors by check the minute the work is finished and approved.

The process for commercial properties is basically the same as residential properties, so it takes work.Again, echoing Dominic, a good investment is a good investment, whether you spent 8 months courting an owner to get them to sell to you, or whether it is on CBRE/Cushman/Marcus/Loopnet or any other brokerage website.
