Your property taxes are artificially low due to prop 13.  

This creates less of a rental pool, creating an artificially higher price within a year or two if done in masses.

During the time we lived there we made some minor upgrades/repairs- renovated upstairs bathroom, replaced carpet on 1st floor with LVP flooring, added artificial turf to the backyard, replaced pool pump, and replaced the HVAC system.

The reality is that rents were artificially too high because covid and people should have expected to come back down to pre-covid occupancy rates.  

However, for physical goods and services, achieving post-scarcity on a broader scale is likely to take longer.Advancements in automation, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology could potentially accelerate progress toward post-scarcity by increasing productivity and efficiency in resource allocation.

If it’s like socialized medicine, it just a matter of when the leftist control both the executive and legislative branches.  

Personally I find many listings photos are so manipulated that they look artificial.

So, as a technology entrepreneur, I got to wondering if there's a way to research, acquire, and manage my deals more easily using the power of artificial intelligence (AI) or some other internet software.I have an idea of what I think I need to build, but before I build it, I would appreciate some feedback from this community: What's the hardest (or most frustrating) part of real estate investing for you?

Don't we think investing in the US is risky with high interest rates, historically low affordability and cash flows and high prices inflated by 15 years of artificially free money that's gone for good?
