Out of the 5 deals I am LP in, Rod's are giving me the top 2 returns (primarily due to fixed debt) while others, not so much but their returns do get accrued

The investor has an advantage because he/she has already spent the money and accrued the interest for the opening bid.

Possibly, but its just gonna get added to the balance of the loan and accrue additional late fees, interest etc.

Landlords who pay attention, are ready to wait, play by the rules of the local laws, and have enough volume or cushion to ride out the outlier experiences, have seen, and I believe will continue to see, the benefits of lack of competition accrue to them to the tune of millions of dollars. 

I pay that card every month so it doesn’t accrue any interest that card is paid from the Relay bank account so the expenses are tracked. 

If there is a PG, then I recommend looking to start selling some off ASAP as the longer they are in default the accrued and default interest clock keeps ticking.
