Same problem is hitting the Argo business where in some places, crops spoil in the field because no one is interested in being a strawberry picker, etc. 

It is also the only place I've read how a strawberry picker got a loan on a house in the $700,000 range.

It will be fun to solve to problem.With open space you can, "by right" go agricultural -- (strawberries is what I did).

I find this bill extremely interesting when you combine the factor of the new legislation in Strawberry Mansion limits the construction of 3rd stories and roof decks on specific blocks.
