CA across the street from us.. and we got upzoned to mixed use resi commerical and sold to a developer that was doing a land assemblage and that one cooked off for 2.2 mil cash.. so I dont know.. 27k plus 10k in prop tax's over a 24 year hold to then net 2.2 mil..
