You don't need to oversell yourself - you don't need to tell them you have money or use a lot of investor lingo (it actually makes people look insecure to be dropping the alphabet continuously).

In my area, they list the ads alphabetically, so having either the number of bedrooms first or something starting in A will get your ad closer to the beginning of the section and increase visibility.
