@Aline Zamora hey,1 duplex is in Grand Park 2888 sqf, 1444 sqf each unit witch consist of 4bed and 3 bath, they both on the market now for $3000 each.The 2nd one is in Reynoldstown 3300 sqfTotal or 1650 sqf each unit and after rehab rental price will be about the same $3000 rach unit not less than $2800.Each unit consist of 3 beds and 2 1/2 baths.

You are correct, if your portfolio consists of properties that are all negative, no one will lend to you, no matter your net worth.I have just tried to "pour gas" on investing over the years.

Consists of two apartments and a 500 sq foot office area with two separate offices and a small kitchenette area and a powder room.

@Randy Pierre - the short answer is - the more consistent work experience you have, the better.
