Need a College Lease Form

Hello,   I am looking for a College Lease Form that I can customize to these tenants unique situation.  This will be in Arizona.  I have downloaded all the forms for the State of AZ from Bigger Pockets, but there is not an option for College (shared house, individual room style) Lease Form.

If you have used something in the past that has worked can you point me in the right direction please.    I need to sign 6 tenants for May 1, 2019.  Thanks in advance for taking the time to reply!
