If it is sold in your names then you must purchase in your names.If you dissolved that LLC and distributed it into your names a year before selling then your new ownership would meet the intent test with no problem.

most likley your going to have to give up a good portion of the deal for quick cash.. unless its a 600k purchase and your looking for 300k first position loan.. then that should be pretty easy I have funded deals when I learned about them on a Monday and funded on a friday it can happen.. but its not cheap so be prepared.
