Hello, I am planning to relocate to Plano. I am looking to purchase a house close to my work(75024) and the locations I am checking are Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Mckinney, Allen, Colony. My goal is in the future if I have to move out at least I can rent out my place. My purchase point around 320K. What would be the best among these neighborhoods. I am not looking for cash flow but Appreciation would be nice in the long run.

Welcome to Texas.

Those are all great places to live.   Some of the construction in Colony was not great to start out with.  You may be priced out of Frisco and most of Plano now at $320,000max purchase price, but I would still keep them in the mix to see what comes up.

You might also consider looking further out.   Your price range is very popular right now so wouldn't be surprised to see 20-100 offers on houses in these areas.  Saw one in Allen a couple of weeks ago with 100 offers.

So bring plenty of cash and be prepared to make multiple offers to be able to lock one up.
