Is this an FSBO opportunity?
Hi,
I am considering selling my property but the new state I will be moving to the prices have skyrocketed so I need to make sure I make enough when I sell before I buy in my new place. Just when I was contemplating to go FSBO to save on commissions before I even started preparing for advertising, a realtor from exp realty messaged me that his prospective clients are looking for a similar property in my area. Should I see this as an FSBO opportunity and pursue with them? Appreciate your inputs.
Thanks
