A great place to start is by reading the "Ultimate Beginners Guide To Real Estate Investing" (under the Learn tab above), using the search tab, etc.Like Toronto, there are "pre-construction" condo assignments happening in Vancouver, but it is very important that you verify if wholesaling/assigning contracts for resale properties can be done in Vancouver.
