New Investor in the DMV (Washington, DC area)

Hi Everyone!

New investor here located in the Maryland suburbs. For the past 5 years I have owned and operated a successful general contracting company doing remodeling work in the area. My interest has always been in real estate and good design though, and am looking to take the plunge into real estate utilizing my experience as a GC. My plan is to initially start with flipping, but the overall goal is to form a full scale real estate company including boutique development (flipping, condo conversions, single home building, small condo infill buildings, etc) along with a property management company for buy and hold properties. I am looking forward to starting this journey by learning all I can here.

Oh, and If anyone in the DC area shares similar goals and/or is currently doing what I've described, I would LOVE to talk with you!
