Hello everyone,

New guy here. I look forward to assisting and "getting assisted" in all things RE investing. I started 13 years ago with sngl family homes via sheriff sale, moved to apartments, and now have a strip center-storage facility. My primary sours of "job" is a developer of single family sub-divisions where I design and build the homes. Btw: I live and work in SW Oklahoma.
I want to grow and expand my knowledge and practical experience in Commercial Real-Estate, and look forward to sharing -helping others to avoid some of the "pitfalls" Ive experienced, as you know there in not a "manual" on how to do this. It requires courage, patience, and endurance.
