Within a few months you should get a good  feel as to what your average occupancy rate will be.  

The month subscription fees made the product not viable.

I just get the feel that you have spent more time on zillow than you have walking properties. 

Additionally, new contracts and paperworks are made to ensure transparency but that’s another tedious task if you ask me.
