When I'm researching probate files at the Placer County courthouse I'm charged $0.25 for a copy of a certain document I'm interested in.Your better off driving around your neighborhood writing down vacant address's and then cross referencing the address at the tax collector's office.The address would be the APN number.

Unfortunately zillow does not have a filter for 3-4 units, however, I'm more than happy to set you up in the MLS so you get the list of multi-units in the Oxnard, Camarillo and surrounding markets.I recommend you get the MLS listings and then cross reference with zillow and redfin values to make sure that you're getting the best deal that will allow appreciation.Feel free to ask any questions.
